Generally speaking we recommend one chef for up to 50 guests and one waitperson for each additional 50 guests, but make sure to talk to our consultant to discuss what is the best option for you, based on your number of guests, the length of time needed on site, the complexity of the menu chosen and of course your level of expectation.
