Quality catering comes with experience, precision and timing. With 20 years experience in some of the world’s most prestigious restaurant, our head chef has crafted his very best dishes for all Sydneysiders to enjoy. As always, we believe that these menus offer amazing value and will ensure that you and your guests enjoy an amazing meal.

Ideal for weddings, gala dinners or special occasions, these menus are designed for events of up to a few hundreds of guests. Select your favourite entrees, main and deserts and let us do the rest.

A LA CARTE MENU

Starters- $19/pers inc gst (alternate ok)

  • White truffle infused aspergus with pea puree, poached egg & parmesan cheese
  • Crispy pork belly braised in master stock, with green apple puree, rocket and pine nuts
  • Chilled rockmelon, Serrano ham, rocket & ash goat cheese salad
  • Pan fried king prawns, garlic and herbs butter, flambed with cogniac on a green pea puree
  • Seared scallops and calamari on a dill risotto with pastis
  • Traditional seafood vol au vents with white wine and herbs sauce

Mains - $29/pers inc gst (alternate ok)

  • Corn chicken breast fillet with creamy forestiere garnish and green beans
  • Crispy skinned atlantic salmon, dill butter sauce with, bacon & kale mash
  • Eye fillet with a balck trufle gratin dauphinois, grilled aspergus with port wine jus
  • Seared lamb rump caponata (red capsicum, squash onions, rosemary, balck olives), cabernet sauvignon wine jus (Extra $4)
  • Pan fried barramundi fillet with grilled brocolini on a French ratatouille and a Maltese sabayon
  • Pork belly braised in master stock, green vegetables risotto (snow peas, green peas, mint)

Deserts - $14/pers inc gst (alternate ok)

  • Assorted cheese plate
  • Tartelet passionfruit patissiere and fresh raspberries
  • Fondant chocolat with coconut icecream
  • Traditional French tarte tatin, double cream

 


Additional related information:

Delivery:

  • A delivery fee of $59 applies for all orders, for Sydney metro; a surcharge may apply for areas a little far from the CBD.
  • If no staff is required, the food can be delivered hot in hot containers; in which case, only the delivery charge applies.

Staff:

  • We recommend a chef to cook your food and prepare your buffet on site for a better experience and more tasty food. A chef is $210 (min 4H on site including preparation and clean up); Travel time included.
  • Wait staff are available at $150/staff (min 4H on site); Travel time included.
  • The ratio of chef/wait staff for large events will depend on your order and requirements; feel free to talk to us about this, we will help you work out the most appropriate and cost effective option.

Party hire:

  • We can supply plates, cutlery, glasses, tables, chairs, table cloths and pretty much anything you may need for your event.
